Do everything as if it were for yourself

The owner was sorry to part with a good worker, and he asked him for a favor – to build anotherhouse .

The carpenter agreed , but it was clear that while he was working he was thinking about something else, he wasn’t tryingat all , and he was using whatever materials he could find.

🔑 When the carpenter finishedhis work and the house was ready, the owner handed the carpenter the keys tothe front doorand said:

🎁 This house is my gift to you.

How upset the carpenter was.

💎 If he knew that he was building for himself, he would have done everything completely differently.

🔹 Do everything as if it were for yourself. As you help others arrange their lives, so will your own be arranged.
